This coming weekend, Pima Paws For Life will be putting up our play-yard fencing and will need some help! No experience is needed, just a desire to help.
Starting at 7:30am on Saturday (to beat the heat of the day!) .
April 18th - yard laid out, holes dug, concrete poured, poles up. - please come prepared to work! Wear closed toe shoes and bring gloves. 8-10 people would be appreciated!
April 19th - fencing stretched and attached. - Completely Covered Thank you!
Adoption Events: Volunteers Needed: Transporters, Setup/breakdown, Handlers, Info, and Adoption Counselors
Petsmart Weekly Offsite Adoption Events: Every Weekend!
River and Orange Grove Location 3850 W. River Rd.: Saturdays 10am-5pm, Sundays 12pm-4pm (Dogs and Cats) – Volunteers Needed: Transporters (1-2), Handlers (2-4)
Kiehl’s Dillards Adoption Event (every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month): April 18th 12-4pm, May 2nd 12-4pm, May 16th 12-4pm– Volunteers Needed: Transporters (3-4), setup/breakdown (1-2), handlers (6-8), info
Trail Dog Day: Sunday April 26th, 12pm-4pm – Volunteers Needed: Transporters (2-4), Setup (1-2), Handlers (4-6), Breakdown
Adoption Counselor Training: Saturday, May 2nd at 9:30-10:30am
We go over the adoption policies and fees as well as application and interview process for adopting animals out.
Vet Pulls: Once again, our PMI vet assistant externs have completed their terms with Pima Paws For Life and we are in desperate need of volunteers for vet pull. We only have one uncovered vet visit this week on Thursday 4/16/15. More externs have been requested to join us, but the following are days/dates/times that help is needed for vet pulls. They are:
Thursday, 4/16/15 8am-10am
Monday 4/20/15 8am-10am
Wednesday 4/22/15 8am-10am
Friday 4/24/15 (starts at 7:30)
Monday 4/27/15 8am-10am
Thursday 4/30/15 8am-10am
Friday 5/1/15 8am-10am
